We ask all guests to arrive on location at least 15 minutes before the tour, to ensure enough time for check in and preparation.
The age limit varies across our different tour options. The age limit for the train tour is 5 years, for the bike tour 10 years. For the kayak tour the main restriction is not age, but a minimum height of 150cm
It depends on the tour you are taking, but generally we recommend adequate sporty footwear and warm clothing as the temperature in the mine is 10 degrees Celsius all year round and it can get windy. Make sure to read the instructions on our site for your tour of choice.
Yes, we accept payments both with cash and card.
No, we operate in all weather apart from extreme circumstances. In the mine the weather is always the same 
Unfortunately for safety reasons animals are not allowed in the mine, but they are welcome to wait outside with us at the reception.
For health and safety concerns we strongly advise against pregnant persons entering the mine.
